Meet the kgi team
Great talent found right here in the heart of Long Island at KGI in Farmingdale.
CEO, Creative Director
Kim Poulos Lieberz
Kim is the entrepreneurial spirit of KGI Design Group which she founded after spending years working for agencies in NYC. KGI is a NYC, NYS and PANYNJ certified WBE, woman-owned creative agency, which has been creating multi-media strategically branded marketing and rendering solutions for over 28 years. She is a proud summa cum laude graduate of SUNY FIT, attended Yale University's Brissago program, and is a graduate of Goldman Saks 10KSB business growth cohort. Recent works support the NYC transit construction industry on projects for the MTA and NYS DOT. Kim consistently gives back to the community and, with KGI, donates funds and services to many not-for-profit organizations, especially the American Cancer Society. She has been working with them on multiple NYC distinguished events since 2015. She works hard to support veterans groups and the Rett syndrome community since 1994. Kim is also a member of the Farmingdale and Huntington Chambers of Commerce and Suffolk County Women's Business Enterprise Coalition. Her heart of gold combined with her boundless energy and innovative ideas are the magic ingredients that make KGI and our clients so successful.
Art Director
Lindsey Hund
Lindsey has been with KGI for over 5 years and is the go to creative who oversees and inspires the team. In the midst of any unexpected storms, she is the rock that stays calm and makes sure it all gets done. Her phenomenal super power is that even if at first she doesn’t know the answer to something you ask her, just being in her presence sparks an awesome solution. When she’s not at KGI giving it her all, she’s giving it her all with fierce workouts at the gym.

Director of Web Development
Ritima Sood
Ritima has 25+ years in the business. As the head of our web design and development, she oversees that our client's websites and digital marketing endeavors function optimally. Her incredible team of developers are a valuable asset and instrumental in seamlessly implementing KGI's creative assets into the digital world. Ritima’s sense of humor and wit make her a pleasure to work with, especially when she patiently translates complex overly techie issues in layman’s terms.

Key Members of Our Team
Office Manager
Elizabeth Castiglione
Elizabeth spent most of her career in NYC before joining KGI. With her vast experience and resourcefulness, she keeps our agency running smoothly. When she's not at work enduring our crazy antics, she stays busy keeping up with her teenage sons.
Social Media Manager
Ruth Sobey
Ruth is the queen of social media and PR! She stays on top of the current news and trends. With her wonderful instincts, she gets the word out to promote our agency and clients. You can find her citing obscure movie quotes and taking dance breaks throughout the day.
Consulting Senior Art Director
Nora Ryder
Nora graduated from FIT with Kim, and went on to work for ad agencies in NYC. Now they have reunited at KGI. She brings her extensive experience and great enthusiasm to all the projects she takes on. We call her “Lucky Spice” because she has the amazing ability of finding things... even a coworker’s expensive prescription sunglasses which were lost in the ocean on one of our Annual KGI Retreats.
Office Pup
Lacey
With a tail that wags faster than the office printer, Lacey is our resident morale booster and stress-relief specialist. From expert treat negotiations to mastering the art of the midday nap, Lacey embodies the true spirit of work-life balance!

Samantha is our latest KGI intern. She is a student at St. John's University and is supplementing her education with on the job experience. Not only will she learn a lot from us, but we are sure to learn a great deal from her.
Advertising Intern
Macy Lieberz
Macy is our long-term intern and wanta be mascot. She keeps morale up at KGI and encourages us to try new things. Macy's favorite thing to do is to help out by digging really deep… whether it’s digging deep into an advertising assignment by barking out new ideas, or digging a deep hole in the backyard on work from home days.
